Fold the sterilized menstrual cup using one of the folding methods as shown:
Hold the bottom of the menstrual cup and put into the vagina gently until it reaches the cervix.
Rotate the cup to ensure that it is fully open and seal has been created against the vaginal wall.
Lastly, adjust the handle at the bottom, so it sits comfortably and can easily reached for retrieval. That's it!

Quite soft, but the bezel is thickened, so I hope there will be no problems with opening the vagina. The tip is small, neat and soft, maybe not even have to cut off. They are also soft of course, but could be better!

This is the fifth cup I bought. I'm been using the two ones in the pictures for over a year. The S size is accurate to description, diameter: 38 mm, length: 55 mm (like a MeLuna S). The quality is excellent, on my other cups you can see clearly that they are made of two parts blended together but this one is made in one piece, only flaw is on tail, it's very soft and thin (maybe more than pink model). The stem doesn't have any grooves and doesn't seem a good idea to pull it hard since it seems fragile. To use this cup I have to insert it midway, then release and push it up with one finger until it opens up and then I push it down a little (I have to do this with my other cups so it's not a problem of the product), it's comfortable and no leaks. I recommend.

I'm a 28 yo and 5feet mom, and this thing is the best one i'd ever used. I use the small cup and fits perfect to my body. It depends of your comfort that you can use the perfect size. I just clean it like twice a day and is comfortable to workout, swimming and sleeping without worrying about leaking or odor. The sterilizing cup is awesome!

So after buying the diva cup and having it disappear twice (maybe my two year old♀️) i needed a cheaper similar alternative. These cups work very well and are comparable to diva cup. The only issue i had was that it actually moved a bit and can be hard to remove. For some women this may scare them or make them feel like they can’t get it out. The best thing to do is squat and use and dry piece of toilet paper to get a hold of the end. Don’t let this intimidate you! These cups are so much better for you than tampons and cleaner. I don’t get any regular period odor and no horrible cramping! These also came with two nice storage/carrying cases!

Omigosh these are a game changer. I ordered the two pack and just ordered one more 2 pack. Goodbye tampons! You can put it in and go worry free for up to 12 hours. I chose to change out at 8, but I even did a pretty strenuous swim workout and no leakage or issues. A+ I’m impressed and richer bc let’s be real... tampons are expensive!!

Never get a feeling that I didn’t place it right or that it leek.
