This set is for anyone who wants to upgrade their menstrual cups to LIQUID SILICONE cups. Liquid silicone is used in many medical equipment due to its excellent properties. It is SUPER SOFT, but yet more durable and micro-crack resistant. Who says menstrual cups must be expensive to be good?
The two key factors to look out for when choosing the right size period cup are:
Position of your cervix
Heaviness of your menstrual flow
If you have a low cervix, we recommend the Small Comfort Guard cup.
If you have a high cervix, we recommend the Large Comfort Guard cup.
If you have a light to medium flow, we recommend the Small Comfort Guard cup.
If you have a medium to heavy flow, we recommend the Large Comfort Guard cup.
Light flow and high cervix? We recommend the Large Comfort Guard cup for ultimate comfort.
Heavy flow and low cervix? Both cups work for you:
The Small Comfort Guard cup would need to be emptied more frequently
The Large Comfort Guard cup holds more blood, but you probably have to cut the stem for comfort
We believe in our cups, here is why..
COMFORTABLE: Go through your period days with no worries. The cup is designed for better ergonomics and comfort. Liquid silicone is SUPER SOFT, and we mean it when we say it. This will be the most comfortable menstrual cup you will ever own. It will not slide or leak when placed properly. Up to 12 hours of protection, depending on your menstrual flow. Walk, run, climb the mountain if you will, the cup will not let you down!
HIGH QUALITY: Made using German imported liquid silicone. FDA certified and 100% BPA, latex, as well as dioxin free. It lasts up to 10 years of regular use.
SAFE: Aseptic vacuum packaging to keep it hygienic during delivery. The cup will not break your acid-base balance, which otherwise may lead to mould and urinary tract infection. Our menstrual cup allows no moisture and stuffiness, so odor, stickiness, itchiness will not be an issue during your period!

Just follow these simple steps:
Cup-Mate menstrual cup is easy to insert and remove:
Fold the sterilized menstrual cup using one of the folding methods as shown:
Hold the bottom of the menstrual cup and put into the vagina gently until it reaches the cervix.
Rotate the cup to ensure that it is fully open and seal has been created against the vaginal wall.
Lastly, adjust the handle at the bottom, so it sits comfortably and can easily reached for retrieval. That's it!

Arrived well ahead of time. It's true that liquid silicone is softer and more flexible than regular silicone. Loved!
Perfectly suitable for those who have a high flow. Perfectly opens inside. Despite the length, it is not felt inside and it is very easy to remove.
They are very soft, the size difference is negligible but the larger size seems softer.
Got the double set with L size. I wish I had gotten 1 S size too so I can alternate between light and heavy flows. Anyway, the cups are pretty well designed and made!
It came in 3 weeks. Packed in a vacuum bag. Softest cup I ever own!
The set arrived quickly, with tracking number. The quality is good, there are no seams on it. It did not leak when I used it. Overall, I am pretty happy with this cup!
I originally was very excited about this cup and I still really like it, but the flexibility I thought was gonna be better initially— can kinda be an issue.
The rigidity of the cup can feel a bit uncomfortable initially but it does help the seal that needs to happen, happen.
With this cup, the flexibility is great but it’s deceptively comfortable. It’s easy to walk around with a folded cup. Just be aware you’re gonna have to get intimately familiar with how the cup is doing with your hands rather than trusting the cup.
Otherwise: excellent. When it seals properly, no leaks, no holes, no rips, ect,. I got a great product and I have no complaints.
Life changer ladies!!! You would be a fool not to give it a try. So much LESS MESS and super soft! Spending money monthly is DONE! Easy to store.
So, I intentionally took a little time to review them because I wanted to have a chance to really use them. I wanted something for my upcoming vacation, other than the typical tampons/pads. I also wanted something to wear overnight as sometimes I wouldn't wake up (due to a deep sleep) to change, (we've all been there, and always take protective measures) The first cycle I had them, I was skeptical, as it was new and honestly a little weird for me so I tested them for the evening time, and weekend vs wearing them to work as I don't have a private restroom at work to change if needed. I had 2 leaks, which I think might have been from them not setting up correctly. There is no real way to know if they have set correctly or not. Luckily, I was able to get them changed out and I had tampons with me.
My 2nd month was an even more positive experience. I figured out a way where I was comfortable changing during the day if needed and so I used them for my entire cycle. I didn't have one leak. I carried tampons with me just in case, and didn't use one.
No Leakage (when set right)
Easy to Clean/Store

Figuring out the Public Restroom Changing
Carry flush-able wet wipes. On my heavy day when I needed to change or wanted to check it to be on the safe side and I was in a public restrooms, I just cleaned it with the flush-able wet wipe and wrapped it to take it home and clean it before reinserting it. No mess in my purse, no leaks, no embarrassment... just simple.
Overall: Life changing and I am so glad I made the switch!
